Manager/Senior Manager, Change Management,


Our client is a global investment bank with strong presence worldwide. To further strengthen their market positions, the client added a new permanent headcount to their growing team, seeking an experienced change management professional to be their Manager/Senior Manager, Change Management, initially on a 6 months contract basis with the view to extend or turn into a permanent role.


As a Manager/Senior Manager, Change Management, you will be responsible for the following:-

Design, plan, and implement structured change management interventions within significant programs across Asia

Refine change management strategies and tools to connect across the business

Manage C-Suite communications, stakeholder impact evaluation, and change management action plans

Develop and deliver change adoption inventions including training

Engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively to achieve the strategic outcomes of the programs and overall transformation within the organization

Promote continual business engagement and execution excellence culture within the firm

Develop change management capability across project delivery teams and senior leadership

Prepare Board and other Executive level reports on business engagement performance and change management impact and outcomes

To qualify for this role as a Manager/Senior Manager, Change Management, you possess the following:-

Bachelor’s degree or above

Excellent command of English

Expert knowledge of change management principles especially leading change through people

Significant experience of delivering major transformational change programs

Strong, effective working relationships and networks with key influential internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent presentation and influencing skills

Come across mature, charismatic, influential, corporate, and articulate
